The undersigned, thereinafter called Lessee, does hereby lease the equipment described above from Sea World Divers. The Lessee is subject to the following conditions:
Lessee
agrees to pay for time the equipment is in Lessee’s possession at the above
rate. Lessee understands and agrees
that said equipment is to be returned to the scuba center before 6pm date Due
In. Failure to return constitutes
larceny by Lessee. Lessee
agrees to pay for additional days rentals for equipment kept overdue.
Lessee
has examined said equipment and found it in good condition and agrees to return
it in good condition or pay Leaser for any damages.
Lessee
will use said equipment at this sole risk, and assumes all responsibility for
damages to others or the property of others or to the property of the Lessee,
resulting in the manner of Lessee’s use of the equipment while being used by
Lessee, owner and agent of Leaser, harmless from all suits, damages or liability
resulting from Lessee’s use of said equipment.
